Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another email when it has been dispatched,United Kingdom delivery
- Standard delivery: £4.99 — estimated 3–5 business days
- Express delivery: £6.99 — estimated 1–2 business days
- Standard delivery is free on orders of £50 or more
Delivery estimates begin after the order has been dispatched. They are estimates and are not guaranteed.
International delivery
We currently deliver only to destinations available during checkout. International delivery charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before payment. Customers may be responsible for local import duties, taxes or customs charges where applicable.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, the tracking information will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. Please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order. Contact us immediately at info@zalic.co.uk if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.
Delayed, lost or damaged deliveries
