Order processing
Orders are dispatched from our UK business location in Datchet, Slough, United Kingdom.
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another email when it has been dispatched.
United Kingdom delivery
- Standard delivery: £4.99 — estimated 4–6 working days
- Express delivery: £6.99 — estimated 2–3 working days
- Free standard delivery on orders of £50 or more

Delivery area
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Tracking
Where tracking is available, the tracking information will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. Please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
